I wish Facebook would allow me to rate higher than a 5 star for Groove Productions! They were without a doubt the key to success on our wedding day! From creating a romantic atmosphere with the ceremony music, to the wild rave style reception, Todd and Brian made our vision come to life! Our guests were on the floor dancing right from the beginning having the time of their lives. We received numerous compliments from friends about how great of a time they had dancing and getting their boogie on : )
When I look back on my wedding day and think of my favorite moment it was easily the last dance time song. I had never heard of this tradition, but when Todd told us about it I figured it would be a fun time. Of course everyone has a first dance, but the last dance was a completely difference experience. I will forever remember that special moment with my husband as we danced together before exiting from our reception. It was the only time we had alone on that day, and it is something I often replay in my mind. Thank you Groove Productions for allowing that moment to happen, and thank you for making everything we desired come true! You exceeded every expectation and we will forever recommend you to other brides and grooms!

I would like to thank Todd and Brian Rudisill of Groove Productions for making my wedding night everything I wanted it to be and more. My mom and I met with Todd and Brian about 4 months before the wedding and went over ideas with them of how we wanted everything to turn out. They were so nice and easy to talk to, and gave us suggestions as to the best way to schedule the events of the reception. Since we didn't have a wedding planner, they acted as our wedding reception coordinators, making announcements and keeping the night on schedule. They also came up with a fun way to do the first dance song and a perfect song for our last dance. Every song they played was a hit and the dance floor was packed the whole night! There was never a dull moment. Even at midnight, our guests weren't ready to go home! I recommend Groove Productions to anyone who needs a DJ for their event. When it came to choosing vendors for our big day, I definitely did my homework and was determined to find the perfect DJ service! I researched high and low before Groove Productions was highly recommended to us by another local wedding vendor. We decided to give them a shot and it was by far the best decision we could have made. From the moment we met with Todd, it felt like we had known each other for years. He listened to our recommendations, gave suggestions to enhance the evening, and made the day more special than we could have imagined.

In our first initial meeting, Todd explained to us that they like to have a last dance at the end of the night for the bride and groom. Since I had never heard of a "last dance", I didn't know what to expect and figured it would be a special moment for all of our guests to share with us before we left for the evening. However, when the time came, the room was cleared, and my husband and I shared a private last dance before we left. It was such a special time between the two of us and definitely was the most memorable moment of the whole day. What a way to start the beginning of our new life together!

When we see a DJ, we're always glad when it's Groove Productions. Brothers Todd and Brian Rudisill always do a great job of reading the crowd, playing age appropriate-music etc. They don't talk on the mic all night, or get out on the dance floor and try and dance and show off. They will give you a list of what they won't play (such as the hokey pokey, chicken dance, the macarena, etc.) so you can rest assured they won't play anything that will embarrass you or bring down the quality of your reception. Nothing cheesy with these guys! Very classy, and fun enough to get your guests out on the dance floor for some great reception shots.
